Keith Manning Jr. is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, licensed Real Estate Broker, and valuation professional with over a decade of experience in real estate, operations management, and client service. Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Keith brings a strong foundation of discipline and professionalism shaped by both his upbringing and a diverse career path.
A proud graduate of Dr. Ronald E. McNair Academic High School and Seton Hall University, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Keith developed extensive leadership experience in management roles with nationally recognized companies before entering real estate. Those roles instilled the client-first approach, operational efficiency, and commitment to high-quality service that define Designer Homes today.
Keith began his real estate career in 2018 as a licensed Broker and expanded into appraisal work in 2020. He earned his State Certified Residential Appraiser license in 2023 after training under respected industry leader Floyd W. Wicker of Floyd Wicker & Associates. Today he serves as both a fee appraiser through Designer Homes and a Real Property Appraiser with the Durham County Tax Administration, where he specializes in property valuation, market analysis, and equitable assessment practices.
Now based in Durham, North Carolina, Keith is family-oriented, driven, and passionate about building a lasting impact through real estate, mentorship, and service to his community.

Keith is actively involved in advancing the appraisal profession. He serves as Secretary of the Black Real Estate Appraisers Coalition of North Carolina (BREAC-NC) and chairs the organization's Technology Committee, where he leads initiatives to enhance digital infrastructure, improve member engagement, and align the organization with evolving industry trends.
His contributions support BREAC-NC's mission to promote diversity, equity, and professional development within the appraisal industry. Keith is deeply committed to expanding access, education, and opportunity within real estate while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
